New venture: soft skills for project managers

Being a great project manager is not just about operational and technical skills. Successful project managers understand that they have to be capable of leading and guiding the team. They know they must run efficient and productive meetings that move everyone closer to the goal. Additionally, they have to demonstrate excellent communication and influencing skills – especially when it comes to the key decision makers.

The Training Box is currently working on an innovative new programme to address these issues with two international experts based in Vienna.
