Why a challenge may be exactly what you need

Life is full of challenges, whether we like them or not. The questions we want to consider in this edition are guaranteed to evoke different responses from our readers; should we do all we can to avoid challenges, should we simply get on with them when they pop up or we have no choice, or should we perhaps even actively seek them out? Many people do find it difficult to cope with the change and transition that often goes hand-in-hand with rising to meet a challenge. It can certainly be a stressful time – but challenges can be mastered and they also present a great opportunity for learning and personal development.

Our tips are designed to enable you to take a positive perspective - we hope you enjoy them and find them useful in mastering your own challenges.
